Keeper Kids
Location: next to Meerkat Café
Enjoy a range of activities for children aged 0-8, designed and brought to you by the Early Childhood Educators at Keeper Kids. We offer educator-led daily activities on weekdays during the school term*:
- 9.30am Storytime
- 10.30am Nature Play

Dragon Disco
Location: next to Reptile House
Show off your dance moves at the Dragon Disco where the vibrant floor lights set the perfect scene.

Outdoor play spaces to let your dearest go wild and spark curiosity.
Meerkat Tunnel Play
Location: Growing Wild next to Meerkat Café
Experience the life of the Meerkats and crawl through tunnels and climb over rocks. Do you think you could live in a tunnel?
Giant Tortoise Sand Play
Location: Giant Tortoise area near Growing Wild
Could you dig a nest to hide dozens of eggs? Dig and play in the sand just like the Giant tortoises do.
Gorilla Totem Play & Gorilla Phone Play
Location: inside Gorilla Rainforest area
Make your way through the bamboo forest and see if you can find the Gorilla Totem Play area and learn about the link between gorillas and mobile phones. Don't forget to send message through pines at the Gorilla Phone Play area.
Carousel Park Play
Location: opposite Trail of the Elephants
Play in the sandpit, swing on the monkey bars or ride the slide. On weekends, you can ride the carousel too!
There are also some lovely shady spots for a quick break.
Wild Sea Beach Play
Location: at Wild Sea area
Befriend our family of seal statues and cuddle them to your heart's content. Then explore the fun in the rest of our Wild Sea Beach Play area.
Bush Explorers - Nature Play
Location: near Australian Bush entrance
Spark your little one's curiosity at Bush Explorers.
Build a tent or a nest with nature elements and create something delicious from the mud kitchen.
Loo's Yourself Maze
Location: inside Australian Bush
Navigate through the maze and discover the importance of using recycled toilet paper to save wild animals like the Yellow-tailed Black-Cockatoo.
Water Play and Tiger Maze
Location: inside Lion Gorge area
When the weather reaches above 25 degrees, water play is perfect place to cool off. Don't forget to pack your bathers and towel.
Walk along Safe Cat Safe Wildlife alley and find a small shady spot for a quick break before the Tiger Maze.
Binturong Tunnel
Location: inside Lion Gorge area
Be agile like a Binturoung in this exciting playground and see how high you can climb.
