We are open 10am – 5pm every day, except Christmas Day.
*Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. All child tickets must be pre-booked, even if they are attending on a day when kids visit free.
Planned maintenance will be occurring on a few habitats. This means some animals will not be viewable during this time. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
